Manage employee performance, attendance, and payroll.</li><li><span>Inventory &amp; Supplies:</span>&nbsp;Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available. Implement efficient inventory control systems.</li><li><span>Financial Oversight:</span>&nbsp;Assist in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control. Ensure accurate cash handling and accounting procedures.</li><li><span>Safety &amp; Compliance:</span>&nbsp;Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections and staff training.</li><li><span>Event Coordination:</span>&nbsp;Plan and execute special events, parties, and group bookings.
